Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.63%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CSE:FLS), which rose 2.21% or 6.4 points to trade at 296.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) added 0.67% or 0.7 points to end at 104.8 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was up 0.41% or 2.4 points to 594.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which fell 2.32% or 15.2 points to trade at 640.0 at the close. William Demant Holding A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 1.68% or 3.6 points to end at 210.3 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 1.40% or 4.6 points to 324.7.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 57 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.63% or 0.36 to $56.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.42% or 0.27 to hit $63.55 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 2.20 to trade at $1418.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.03% to 6.6148, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4635.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 96.333.
