Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Industrials and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.61%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Tryg A/S (CO:TRYG), which rose 0.70% or 1.1 points to trade at 157.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 0.64% or 4.4 points to end at 687.4 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 0.30% or 1.8 points to 601.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which fell 1.72% or 173 points to trade at 9912 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.64% or 6.4 points to end at 383.7 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was down 1.59% or 3.0 points to 188.9.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 64 to 58 and 17 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV (CO:DSV) rose to all time highs; up 0.30% or 1.8 to 601.8.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.41% or 0.29 to $69.96 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.27% or 0.21 to hit $77.81 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.06% or 0.70 to trade at $1205.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.66% to 6.4312, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4546.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.51% at 95.12.
