Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Personal & Household Goods and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.60% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 1.58% or 16.5 points to trade at 1060.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) added 1.23% or 8.2 points to end at 674.4 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 0.49% or 1.6 points to 328.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which fell 3.25% or 7.0 points to trade at 208.2 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 3.14% or 12.2 points to end at 376.8 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 3.09% or 280 points to 8772.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 86 to 44 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 2.58% or 1.74 to $69.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.94% or 1.50 to hit $78.87 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 1.70 to trade at $1201.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.02% to 6.4342, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4595.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 95.17.
