Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.58%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE), which rose 7.54% or 6.8 points to trade at 97.6 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 7.43% or 558 points to end at 8072 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was up 5.70% or 6.90 points to 128.05 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which fell 3.14% or 33.0 points to trade at 1019.5 at the close. Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM) declined 3.09% or 22.0 points to end at 690.0 and Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) was down 2.75% or 6.1 points to 215.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 67 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 3.16% or 1.25 to $38.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 2.98% or 1.26 to hit $41.04 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.00% or 16.85 to trade at $1699.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.00% to 6.6032, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4557.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.19% at 96.737.
