Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.56%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.33% or 20.6 points to trade at 640.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) added 1.53% or 3.7 points to end at 246.2 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.38% or 17.0 points to 1247.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.98% or 6.4 points to trade at 316.6 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.64% or 3.70 points to end at 222.30 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was down 1.34% or 130 points to 9590.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 55 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.90% or 0.57 to $62.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.28% or 0.85 to hit $65.67 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 2.50 to trade at $1321.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.19% to 6.0980, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4463.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 90.50.
