Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Consumer Services and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.52%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which rose 2.89% or 10.2 points to trade at 363.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 1.28% or 4.9 points to end at 388.9 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.78% or 0.65 points to 84.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CO:GEN), which fell 6.20% or 89.0 points to trade at 1346.0 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 3.59% or 12.1 points to end at 325.0 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was down 1.92% or 4.0 points to 204.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 46 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.81% or 0.42 to $51.45 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.71% or 0.41 to hit $57.41 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.14% or 14.79 to trade at $1288.21 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.36% to 6.3336, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4441.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 93.47.
