Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Financials and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.46%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which rose 3.05% or 15.4 points to trade at 520.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) added 1.29% or 11.60 points to end at 911.00 and Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) was up 1.24% or 36 points to 2946 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE), which fell 2.03% or 2.4 points to trade at 115.8 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 1.55% or 13.8 points to end at 878.8 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 1.39% or 41.0 points to 2904.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 80 to 68 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.43% or 1.21 to $83.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.52% or 1.30 to hit $84.35 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.05% or 0.85 to trade at $1794.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.06% to 6.4178, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4392.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 93.915.
