Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.45%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 2.88% or 9.6 points to trade at 343.0 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 1.60% or 3.70 points to end at 234.30 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 1.16% or 2.3 points to 201.1 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CO:GEN), which fell 5.23% or 58.0 points to trade at 1052.0 at the close. Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) declined 2.02% or 7.10 points to end at 344.60 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 1.51% or 9.5 points to 621.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 49 and 25 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CO:GEN) fell to 52-week lows; losing 5.23% or 58.0 to 1052.0.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.65% or 0.37 to $56.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.25% or 0.79 to hit $62.55 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.60% or 7.40 to trade at $1249.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.3260, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4433.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.21% at 93.86.
