Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.45%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb), which rose 3.70% or 27.8 points to trade at 778.6 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) added 0.76% or 1.9 points to end at 252.9 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 0.68% or 3.6 points to 531.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which fell 3.05% or 8.9 points to trade at 282.5 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) declined 2.62% or 16.8 points to end at 623.4 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was down 2.09% or 4.05 points to 189.55.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 57 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.69% or 0.37 to $54.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.10% or 0.68 to hit $62.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.85 to trade at $1316.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.25% to 6.5607, while EUR/DKK fell 0.06% to 7.4645.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 96.015.
