Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which rose 2.16% or 3.84 points to trade at 181.30 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) added 1.78% or 2.20 points to end at 126.00 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) was up 0.57% or 5.20 points to 918.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which fell 2.28% or 25.50 points to trade at 1,095.00 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 1.90% or 193.00 points to end at 9,952.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) was down 1.86% or 185.00 points to 9,765.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.97% or 0.74 to $77.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.73% or 0.59 to hit $81.39 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.61% or 12.55 to trade at $2,036.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.25% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 103.74.
