Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Industrials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.40%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA), which rose 1.41% or 10.0 points to trade at 719.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (COP:GEN) added 1.22% or 7.0 points to end at 582.0 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (COP:CHRH) was up 0.68% or 2.2 points to 326.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS), which fell 2.31% or 7.6 points to trade at 322.0 at the close. GN Store Nord (COP:GN) declined 2.05% or 2.9 points to end at 138.4 and William Demant Holding (COP:WDH) was down 1.73% or 9.0 points to 510.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 93 to 62 and 3 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.10% or 0.64 to $58.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.96% or 1.22 to hit $63.23 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.37% or 4.40 to trade at $1174.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.78% to 6.6919, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4600.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.61% at 95.65.
