Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.39%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which rose 1.68% or 128 points to trade at 7760 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) added 1.33% or 1.3 points to end at 95.7 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH) was up 0.86% or 5.0 points to 589.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG), which fell 1.78% or 3.6 points to trade at 198.4 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) declined 1.23% or 17.5 points to end at 1400.0 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 1.13% or 3.2 points to 281.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 64 to 64 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.89% or 0.50 to $55.91 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.66% or 1.04 to hit $61.70 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.66% or 10.05 to trade at $1505.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.8230, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4666.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 98.748.
