Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.38%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.99% or 0.72 points to trade at 36.89 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 1.14% or 7.0 points to end at 621.5 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 0.48% or 1.2 points to 251.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa), which fell 1.53% or 180 points to trade at 11570 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 1.31% or 7.5 points to end at 565.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 1.24% or 150 points to 11960.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 54 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.27% or 0.14 to $51.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.45% or 0.26 to hit $56.90 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.12% or 1.51 to trade at $1287.19 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 6.3032, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4415.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 93.00.
