Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.38%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 2.23% or 6.9 points to trade at 316.9 at the close. Meanwhile, Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) added 2.21% or 5.0 points to end at 230.9 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was up 1.83% or 1.9 points to 108.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 3.89% or 24.0 points to trade at 593.6 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 2.80% or 380 points to end at 13190 and Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was down 2.09% or 24.50 points to 1148.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 49 and 15 ended unchanged.
Shares in Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) rose to all time highs; gaining 2.23% or 6.9 to 316.9.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.50% or 0.28 to $55.41 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.90% or 0.53 to hit $58.16 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 2.42% or 44.50 to trade at $1790.60 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.55% to 6.2138, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4364.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.48% at 91.537.
