Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 3.72% or 14.3 points to trade at 399.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) added 3.28% or 13.80 points to end at 435.10 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO:NOVOb) was up 0.45% or 1.4 points to 303.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which fell 16.67% or 30.6 points to trade at 153.0 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 4.62% or 49.5 points to end at 1022.5 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was down 1.49% or 4.8 points to 318.1.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 52 and 24 ended unchanged.
Shares in Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) rose to all time highs; rising 3.28% or 13.80 to 435.10.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.64% or 0.46 to $72.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.50% or 0.40 to hit $81.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.98% or 11.70 to trade at $1187.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.53% to 6.3866, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4578.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.55% at 94.40.
