Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.28%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 4.28% or 25.4 points to trade at 619.4 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 1.91% or 4.10 points to end at 219.20 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was up 1.52% or 6.1 points to 408.6 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH), which fell 5.03% or 10.6 points to trade at 200.2 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) declined 2.54% or 7.0 points to end at 268.4 and Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb) was down 2.51% or 3.4 points to 132.3.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 53 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.18% or 0.13 to $71.47 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $80.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 8.10 to trade at $1230.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.24% to 6.4384, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4609.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.25% at 94.70.
