Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Industrials, Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.28%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which rose 1.29% or 3.8 points to trade at 299.5 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 1.27% or 3.0 points to end at 238.9 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was up 1.15% or 4.2 points to 369.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which fell 3.45% or 14.8 points to trade at 413.7 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 1.30% or 16.5 points to end at 1248.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was down 1.06% or 100 points to 9290.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 60 and 18 ended unchanged.
Shares in GN Store Nord (CO:GN) rose to 5-year highs; rising 1.27% or 3.0 to 238.9.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 1.97% or 1.35 to $69.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.68% or 1.24 to hit $74.86 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.30 to trade at $1312.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.36% to 6.2364, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4498.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 92.49.
