Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.28%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 3.89% or 13.2 points to trade at 352.9 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) added 3.12% or 19.5 points to end at 645.5 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 0.87% or 6.5 points to 750.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which fell 1.88% or 8.2 points to trade at 428.4 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) declined 1.18% or 0.90 points to end at 75.35 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was down 0.81% or 2.7 points to 332.3.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 63 to 60 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.58% or 0.33 to $57.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.47% or 0.30 to hit $63.71 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.80 to trade at $1262.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.32% to 6.2974, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4435.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 93.22.
