Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Personal & Household Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.27%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which rose 1.77% or 34.50 points to trade at 1,984.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) added 1.13% or 3.90 points to end at 350.30 and Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH) was up 1.03% or 5.40 points to 531.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which fell 4.73% or 640.00 points to trade at 12,895.00 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) declined 4.54% or 600.00 points to end at 12,630.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was down 2.57% or 32.50 points to 1,230.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 66 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.26% or 0.19 to $73.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.11% or 0.09 to hit $79.01 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.28% or 5.65 to trade at $2,027.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.06% to 6.85, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 103.14.
