Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.25%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb), which rose 1.32% or 4.60 points to trade at 354.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED) added 0.78% or 3.10 points to end at 401.30 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.52% or 0.75 points to 144.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 2.90% or 3.45 points to trade at 115.70 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) declined 2.89% or 5.20 points to end at 175.00 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 2.80% or 53.50 points to 1,854.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 84 to 50 and 25 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CSE:GMAB) fell to 3-years lows; down 2.80% or 53.50 to 1,854.50.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.38% or 1.06 to $77.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.06% or 0.87 to hit $82.87 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 1.27% or 25.75 to trade at $2,007.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.55% to 6.96, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.62% at 104.70.
