Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Real Estate, Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.21%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which rose 2.77% or 345.00 points to trade at 12,785.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) added 2.62% or 320.00 points to end at 12,530.00 and Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was up 1.24% or 3.60 points to 293.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 1.21% or 11.40 points to trade at 930.60 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 0.74% or 5.20 points to end at 695.10 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 0.08% or 0.10 points to 126.95.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 90 to 60 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.15% or 0.11 to $74.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.05% or 0.04 to hit $79.43 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.01% or 20.80 to trade at $2,072.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.09% to 6.77, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 101.30.
