Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.20%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK), which rose 4.08% or 21.40 points to trade at 546.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) added 1.55% or 2.84 points to end at 186.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was up 1.30% or 129.00 points to 10,085.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CSE:GMAB), which fell 4.65% or 92.50 points to trade at 1,896.00 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 4.28% or 15.70 points to end at 351.10 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was down 3.32% or 5.55 points to 161.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 62 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.84% or 0.66 to $78.21 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.97% or 0.80 to hit $81.86 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.06% or 1.15 to trade at $2,042.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.09% to 6.88, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 103.90.
