Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.18%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 3.20% or 7.70 points to trade at 248.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) added 2.11% or 2.11 points to end at 102.00 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 1.62% or 9.80 points to 613.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 2.35% or 4.75 points to trade at 197.40 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK) declined 1.11% or 5.30 points to end at 471.80 and Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) was down 0.93% or 5.40 points to 577.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 79 to 78 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was down 0.26% or 0.21 to $80.21 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.60% or 0.51 to hit $84.42 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.88% or 37.65 to trade at $2,038.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.48% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK rose 0.07% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.49% at 101.29.
