Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.10%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.41% or 9.3 points to trade at 394.9 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CO:GEN) added 2.23% or 31.0 points to end at 1421.0 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was up 1.77% or 10.0 points to 574.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which fell 1.56% or 8.5 points to trade at 535.0 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) declined 1.48% or 4.6 points to end at 306.9 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was down 1.22% or 2.6 points to 209.8.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 49 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 2.90% or 1.44 to $51.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.94% or 1.08 to hit $56.87 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 8.44 to trade at $1293.44 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.51% to 6.3075, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4429.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.50% at 93.08.
