Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Technology, Personal & Household Goods and Chemicals sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.10%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG), which rose 3.38% or 6.3 points to trade at 192.6 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 2.89% or 305 points to end at 10855 and Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) was up 0.51% or 3 points to 667 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 1.25% or 1.22 points to trade at 96.28 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) declined 1.08% or 27.0 points to end at 2465.0 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 1.01% or 0.9 points to 90.4.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 79 to 52 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.58% or 1.00 to $37.79 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 2.27% or 0.93 to hit $40.00 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 1.50 to trade at $1945.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.32% to 6.2751, while EUR/DKK rose 0.09% to 7.4517.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 92.332.
