Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Financials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.08%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 3.19% or 5.65 points to trade at 182.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED) added 2.47% or 9.30 points to end at 385.10 and Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was up 1.84% or 5.50 points to 304.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which fell 2.65% or 21.40 points to trade at 785.60 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) declined 2.01% or 40.00 points to end at 1,950.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was down 1.60% or 15.80 points to 969.40.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 81 to 63 and 16 ended unchanged.
Shares in Genmab (CSE:GMAB) fell to 52-week lows; down 2.01% or 40.00 to 1,950.00.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.42% or 1.03 to $73.51 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.99% or 0.77 to hit $78.65 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.64% or 12.90 to trade at $2,019.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.10% to 6.86, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 103.23.
