Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Industrials and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.35% or 18.5 points to trade at 571.0 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 1.36% or 2.9 points to end at 216.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was up 1.24% or 0.46 points to 37.47 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CO:GEN), which fell 2.36% or 29.0 points to trade at 1202.0 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.05% or 2.50 points to end at 236.60 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was down 0.94% or 3.3 points to 349.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 60 to 55 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.46% or 0.83 to $57.66 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.59% or 0.37 to hit $62.94 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.78% or 10.04 to trade at $1291.74 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.52% to 6.3070, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4412.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.58% at 93.35.
