Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.05%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb), which rose 2.12% or 200 points to trade at 9650 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) added 1.38% or 1.30 points to end at 95.80 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was up 0.89% or 20.0 points to 2275.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 1.52% or 7.6 points to trade at 491.8 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) declined 1.21% or 12.2 points to end at 993.8 and DSV (CSE:DSV) was down 1.20% or 11.8 points to 967.8.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 65 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.67% or 0.25 to $37.08 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.88% or 0.35 to hit $39.48 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.95% or 18.45 to trade at $1966.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.16% to 6.2689, while EUR/DKK rose 0.03% to 7.4415.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.35% at 93.013.
