Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Financials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 3.69% or 11.2 points to trade at 315.0 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) added 1.77% or 180 points to end at 10360 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 1.21% or 130 points to 10840 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which fell 1.31% or 5.7 points to trade at 428.8 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 1.06% or 11.0 points to end at 1029.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was down 0.70% or 0.27 points to 38.13.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 80 to 54 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.90% or 0.54 to $60.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.06% or 0.70 to hit $66.86 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.76% or 9.90 to trade at $1307.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.68% to 6.1917, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4445.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.57% at 91.81.
