Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Software & Computer Services and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.01%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.19% or 7.8 points to trade at 363.3 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 1.15% or 140 points to end at 12290 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was up 1.03% or 120 points to 11770 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA), which fell 0.55% or 0.45 points to trade at 81.20 at the close. Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) declined 0.54% or 1.80 points to end at 330.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was down 0.46% or 1.4 points to 302.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 71 to 49 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 1.60% or 0.79 to $50.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.83% or 0.46 to hit $55.62 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 1.74 to trade at $1329.74 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.06% to 6.2634, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4406.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 92.32.
