Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Healthcare and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.01%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa), which rose 5.13% or 910.00 points to trade at 18,660.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 5.12% or 935.00 points to end at 19,195.00 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was up 3.57% or 39.50 points to 1,145.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 2.38% or 19.30 points to trade at 790.70 at the close. Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) declined 2.08% or 41.50 points to end at 1,957.00 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 0.70% or 0.80 points to 112.70.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 92 to 70 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 5.12% or 5.51 to $102.10 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 4.98% or 5.63 to hit $107.53 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 1.46% or 29.05 to trade at $1,957.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.06% to 6.89, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 100.93.
