Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 3.22%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb), which rose 7.90% or 145.00 points to trade at 1,982.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) added 6.13% or 1,195.00 points to end at 20,700.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) was up 5.65% or 1,100.00 points to 20,560.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW), which fell 1.99% or 11.80 points to trade at 580.00 at the close. Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) declined 0.54% or 2.80 points to end at 511.00 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 0.43% or 0.68 points to 156.70.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 91 to 57 and 13 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) fell to 52-week lows; falling 0.54% or 2.80 to 511.00.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.20% or 0.22 to $110.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.29% or 0.32 to hit $112.36 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.47 to trade at $1,842.67 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.26% to 7.05, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.05% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 103.10.
