Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 1.51%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM), which rose 5.18% or 40.0 points to trade at 812.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) added 4.17% or 45.00 points to end at 1124.50 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was up 3.40% or 38.5 points to 1172.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 3.13% or 3.60 points to trade at 111.40 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 2.48% or 5.0 points to end at 195.1 and Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) was down 0.50% or 0.5 points to 98.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 80 to 48 and 21 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.88% or 1.19 to $42.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.66% or 1.16 to hit $44.77 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 14.70 to trade at $1861.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.52% to 6.3343, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4447.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.43% at 93.135.
