Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 1.45% to hit a new 3-months high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 3.94% or 8.7 points to trade at 229.6 at the close. Meanwhile, William Demant Holding A/S (CSE:DEMANT) added 3.37% or 6.2 points to end at 191.9 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) was up 3.26% or 11.7 points to 370.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 5.11% or 6.40 points to trade at 118.80 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) declined 1.77% or 144 points to end at 8008 and Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) was down 0.91% or 8.2 points to 890.4.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 63 to 63 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.10% or 0.04 to $38.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.10% or 0.04 to hit $41.47 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.31% or 22.60 to trade at $1753.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.11% to 6.6615, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4566.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 97.550.
