Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 1.26% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED), which rose 5.43% or 67.50 points to trade at 1311.00 at the close. Meanwhile, DSV (CSE:DSV) added 3.92% or 40.0 points to end at 1060.0 and Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM) was up 2.48% or 22.5 points to 928.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 5.29% or 36.0 points to trade at 645.0 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 3.99% or 10.5 points to end at 252.7 and Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was down 2.08% or 5.0 points to 235.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 95 to 40 and 20 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.21% or 0.10 to $48.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.10% or 0.05 to hit $51.85 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 2.30% or 43.65 to trade at $1938.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.49% to 6.0624, while EUR/DKK fell 0.13% to 7.4405.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 89.730.
