Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Technology, Software & Computer Services and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 1.11% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (COP:GEN), which rose 3.01% or 19.0 points to trade at 651.0 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (COP:GN) added 2.22% or 3.2 points to end at 147.6 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (COP:CHRH) was up 1.92% or 7.0 points to 371.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS), which fell 0.98% or 3.1 points to trade at 313.6 at the close. TDC A/S (COP:TDC) declined 0.29% or 0.15 points to end at 52.25 and Jyske Bank A/S (COP:JYSK) was up 0.06% or 0.2 points to 337.4.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 109 to 43 and 9 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was down 2.43% or 1.29 to $51.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 1.96% or 1.15 to hit $57.53 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.68% or 7.80 to trade at $1145.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.44% to 6.8077, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4619.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.44% at 97.23.
