Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.87% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CSE:DSV), which rose 2.50% or 16.0 points to trade at 655.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:RBREW) added 2.38% or 13 points to end at 551 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was up 2.32% or 4.05 points to 178.95 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED), which fell 1.05% or 6.60 points to trade at 623.40 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 0.60% or 0.7 points to end at 106.8 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) was down 0.41% or 1.3 points to 315.2.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 59 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.39% or 0.79 to $55.87 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.26% or 0.78 to hit $61.24 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.65% or 9.85 to trade at $1495.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 6.7297, while EUR/DKK rose 0.08% to 7.4710.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 97.498.
