Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.84%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.39% or 8.5 points to trade at 259.5 at the close. Meanwhile, William Demant Holding A/S (CO:DEMANT) added 2.12% or 4.9 points to end at 235.5 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 2.03% or 12.0 points to 604.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which fell 0.44% or 1.1 points to trade at 251.4 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 0.14% or 0.4 points to end at 285.2 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 0.05% or 4 points to 7732.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 45 and 27 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 3.20% or 2.02 to $61.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 2.33% or 1.68 to hit $70.50 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 0.95 to trade at $1274.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.05% to 6.6954, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4684.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 97.912.
