Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.84%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which rose 4.68% or 23.6 points to trade at 528.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 2.79% or 7.7 points to end at 283.6 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was up 1.82% or 5.4 points to 301.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which fell 2.20% or 5.6 points to trade at 249.3 at the close. William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) declined 1.19% or 2.4 points to end at 200.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) was down 0.66% or 2.0 points to 299.9.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 53 and 19 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.41% or 0.72 to $51.87 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.98% or 0.59 to hit $60.74 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.75 to trade at $1247.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.14% to 6.5746, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4642.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 97.157.
