Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Technology, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.58%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 5.74% or 10.9 points to trade at 200.9 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) added 2.41% or 21.4 points to end at 909.0 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) was up 1.89% or 6.4 points to 345.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 2.02% or 12.6 points to trade at 612.0 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN) declined 1.85% or 3.6 points to end at 190.9 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 0.71% or 0.85 points to 118.85.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 61 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.44% or 0.20 to $45.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.08% or 0.04 to hit $48.75 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.41% or 7.70 to trade at $1873.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.03% to 6.1491, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4432.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 90.993.
