Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.54%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.13% or 10.0 points to trade at 329.5 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) added 2.36% or 216 points to end at 9366 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 2.16% or 4.30 points to 203.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which fell 0.94% or 5.2 points to trade at 548.0 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) declined 0.42% or 1.2 points to end at 284.7 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was down 0.25% or 1.20 points to 478.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 72 to 52 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.47% or 0.83 to $57.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.02% or 0.68 to hit $67.13 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.25% or 3.35 to trade at $1348.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.23% to 6.5644, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4624.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.19% at 96.162.
