Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.48% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which rose 5.88% or 8.75 points to trade at 157.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) added 4.07% or 4.30 points to end at 110.00 and Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was up 3.25% or 6.80 points to 216.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG), which fell 1.40% or 2.20 points to trade at 154.70 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) declined 0.91% or 3.10 points to end at 339.00 and Bavarian Nordic (CSE:BAVA) was down 0.74% or 1.60 points to 215.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 94 to 54 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) fell to 52-week lows; falling 0.91% or 3.10 to 339.00.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.19% or 0.93 to $79.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.76% or 0.64 to hit $85.39 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.58% or 10.70 to trade at $1,851.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.03% to 7.02, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.04% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 104.82.
