Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.48%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 4.72% or 27.2 points to trade at 603.6 at the close. Meanwhile, TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 1.95% or 0.76 points to end at 39.76 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 1.27% or 4.2 points to 339.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which fell 1.82% or 9.8 points to trade at 527.6 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 1.33% or 4.5 points to end at 334.9 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was down 1.23% or 9.2 points to 740.4.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 62 to 60 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in TDC A/S (CO:TDC) rose to 52-week highs; up 1.95% or 0.76 to 39.76.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 0.81% or 0.52 to $63.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 1.35% or 0.95 to hit $69.31 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 0.90 to trade at $1334.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.20% to 6.0865, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4480.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.28% at 90.38.
