Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Chemicals, Personal & Household Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.45%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 3.34% or 6.9 points to trade at 213.7 at the close. Meanwhile, FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 1.61% or 6.5 points to end at 410.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was up 1.50% or 9.5 points to 643.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA), which fell 3.00% or 2.50 points to trade at 80.75 at the close. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) declined 0.44% or 0.16 points to end at 36.06 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was down 0.21% or 0.5 points to 236.8.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 45 and 24 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.10% or 0.05 to $49.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.24% or 0.13 to hit $54.33 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.01% or 13.47 to trade at $1352.47 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.79% to 6.1935, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4405.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.70% at 91.56.
