Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which rose 5.27% or 3.48 points to trade at 69.50 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) added 5.11% or 5.70 points to end at 117.30 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was up 3.59% or 36.50 points to 1,052.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which fell 0.83% or 7.00 points to trade at 840.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 0.10% or 0.70 points to end at 677.00 and Genmab (CSE:GMAB) was down 0.05% or 1.00 points to 1,990.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 96 to 53 and 14 ended unchanged.
Shares in Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) fell to 52-week lows; falling 0.83% or 7.00 to 840.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.27% or 0.22 to $82.53 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.10% or 0.09 to hit $86.44 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.28% or 5.70 to trade at $1,999.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.50% to 7.07, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.68% at 106.65.
