Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which rose 5.22% or 11.7 points to trade at 235.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Orsted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) added 2.54% or 21.20 points to end at 855.20 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.95% or 16.0 points to 837.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb), which fell 1.15% or 7.3 points to trade at 627.7 at the close. Simcorp A/S (CSE:SIM) declined 1.14% or 8.4 points to end at 726.2 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was down 0.68% or 1.0 points to 146.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 98 to 53 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.02% or 0.02 to $80.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.38% or 0.32 to hit $83.33 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.38% or 6.65 to trade at $1762.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.14% to 6.4482, while EUR/DKK rose 0.04% to 7.4406.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 94.463.
