Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Industrials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.40%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CSE:DSV), which rose 3.56% or 22.2 points to trade at 645.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN) added 1.67% or 4.3 points to end at 261.4 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.48% or 3.8 points to 259.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:CHRH), which fell 2.41% or 14.6 points to trade at 590.4 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 1.61% or 1.6 points to end at 98.8 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 0.97% or 1.85 points to 189.35.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 61 to 60 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.47% or 0.27 to $58.32 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.67% or 0.43 to hit $65.06 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.45% or 6.40 to trade at $1423.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.30% to 6.7138, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4675.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 97.947.
