Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Personal & Household Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.39%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which rose 4.23% or 40.2 points to trade at 990.2 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CSE:LUN) added 4.19% or 10.8 points to end at 268.5 and William Demant Holding A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was up 3.74% or 7.1 points to 196.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which fell 9.44% or 17.15 points to trade at 164.50 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) declined 4.46% or 23.6 points to end at 505.0 and FLSmidth & Co. (CSE:FLS) was down 3.79% or 9.8 points to 249.1.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 101 to 30 and 11 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was down 1.36% or 0.75 to $54.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 2.08% or 1.24 to hit $58.24 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 3.25 to trade at $1531.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.36% to 6.7205, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4591.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 98.047.
