Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Consumer Goods sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.38%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 2.04% or 4.9 points to trade at 245.5 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.57% or 11.2 points to end at 722.6 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was up 1.40% or 6.0 points to 434.4 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (CO:GEN), which fell 2.17% or 26.5 points to trade at 1192.5 at the close. Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) declined 1.05% or 4.10 points to end at 385.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was down 0.39% or 1.4 points to 357.2.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 65 to 50 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) rose to all time highs; gaining 1.40% or 6.0 to 434.4.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 4.38% or 3.10 to $67.61 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 3.45% or 2.72 to hit $76.07 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 1.10 to trade at $1303.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.50% to 6.3876, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4481.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.43% at 94.12.
