Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.37% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED), which rose 1.74% or 11.80 points to trade at 691.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 1.60% or 23.5 points to end at 1488.0 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was up 1.31% or 8.8 points to 682.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb), which fell 0.98% or 8.2 points to trade at 829.6 at the close. Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) declined 0.44% or 0.5 points to end at 112.8 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 0.40% or 0.65 points to 162.15.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 74 to 56 and 23 ended unchanged.
Shares in Oersted A/S (CSE:ORSTED) rose to all time highs; up 1.74% or 11.80 to 691.00.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.03% or 0.02 to $61.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.27% or 0.18 to hit $68.10 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.27% or 4.05 to trade at $1518.45 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.77% to 6.6801, while EUR/DKK fell 0.03% to 7.4674.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.53% at 96.605.
